Welcome to the quiet, historical side of Cape Cod:  Boutique shopping, golf, nature trails, and access to the best beaches.  For six years, I’ve spent Summer free time at Sleeping Inn, the nickname for my cottage in Yarmouthport.  It’s a 2 1/2 bedroom Cape-style ranch on a half-acre, less than a mile to Gray’s Beach and boardwalk.  Sunsets are a must. 

I’ve been welcoming guests at the house for the past two years.  It’s fully-appointed and furnished.  Linens and towels are provided, and there are a washer and dryer for your convenience.  There’s a large, natural yard bordered by oak trees, blackberry bushes and a small kettle pond.  Barbecue with the gas grill on the screened-in porch, and grab afternoon rays on the crushed-stone patio.

If you prefer a quiet, peaceful setting, the Bayside is for you.  Everything Cape Cod is within reach, and the cottage is available for weekends or entire weeks.
