This 10,000 sq. ft. home offers an open and airy Great Room with three separate sitting areas and three dining areas, as well as a music room, formal dining room, 6 bedrooms and 5 full and 1 half bath, easily accommodating 20 people in uncompromising comfort.

The Indoor Heated 20’ x 40’ Swimming Pool is the focal point of our three-story cedar barn. There is ample room in the barn for dancing, hosting a child’s birthday party, or simply enjoying a quiet swim on a rainy day. The west deck of the barn is the perfect place for napping or enjoying the setting sun. We also provide Bar-B-Q Grills on the barn deck for your convenience in preparing casual meals while enjoying the pool.

This spectacular home provides the ultimate in privacy yet provides the perfect Great Room and Epicurean Kitchen when it’s time to gather with your family and friends! Our goal is to provide you with everything you need to simply enjoy your vacation. Additional maid and/or chef services are available for a modest additional fee.

Heated Indoor Pool, Linens. The enormous Gourmet Kitchen is a chef’s dream with Hand-crafted Cabinetry, a Commercial 6-burner, Double Oven Stove with Griddle, a Center Island with Professional Cookware, Appliances, and Icemaker, 4 Fisher-Paykel Dish Drawers, a Sub-Zero Refrigerator/  Freezer, and an expansive walk-in Pantry with ample room for storage, including glass place settings for 70. Digital Lighting & Stereo Systems, Internet Access, Eight fireplaces, and Central Air Conditioning zoned throughout the house. The Media Center in the Great Room includes a 56” Samsung HD DLP TV with surround sound and DVD/ MP3 player.

Golf, go-carts, ice skating, tennis, trampoline parks, the beaches, and water sports of all kinds, including Sea-Doos, parasailing, scuba diving, trout or deep sea fishing, sailing, surfing, and even whale &/ or seal watching! The ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard sail from Harwichport Harbors five minutes away.
The evening concerts in the Harwich Park Pavilion (4 blocks away) are a favorite way to enjoy lazy summer evenings with family and friends.
