This rental property sleeps 7 and is located in the village of West Yarmouth in the town of Yarmouth Massachusetts

We have a condo in a hotel, often known as a CONTEL. Unlike a timeshare, we own the unit 100% of the time, but like a hotel we get all the hotel privileges.

YARMOUTH RESORT HOTEL

Last year we purchased connecting hotel rooms at the Yarmouth Resort. Since our purchase, we completely renovated our rooms.

We converted one room from a hotel bedroom to a Cape Cod kitchenette/ living room. The other room is a renovated bedroom.  So now, our connecting hotel rooms is a nice condo suite!

The bedroom has a flat screen TV, two queen beds, twin sleep sofa, refrigerator, desk & chair, bureau, hairdryer, and iron.

The second room has a queen sleep sofa, flat screen TV, kitchen table & chairs, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, sink, cups, plates & utensils.

Each room has a full bathroom with a tub and shower.

Since our condo is in the hotel we have full use of all the hotel amenities:

•  Hot tub
•  Sauna
•  Fitness room
•  Outdoor pool (seasonal)
•  Cable TV
•  Free WiFi

The property is right on route 28 and close to:
•  Beaches (Colonial Acres .61 mi)
•  Ferries (2 mi)
•  Hyannis
•  Cape Cod Mall
•  Miniature golf (Many in the area)
•  Shopping
•  Christmas Tree Shops
•  Fine and casual dining
•  Cape Cod Melody Tent (3 mi)
•  Dunkin Donuts (of course!)

We are offering both rooms together for $135 -$175 per night plus taxes, depending on the time of year.

Since it is a hotel, taxes will be added to these prices. I can set the prices, but the transactions must go through the front desk.
