This Cape Cod home is on a beautiful lot and it is conveniently located in the center of West Barnstable. The inviting decor makes you feel right at home! As you enter the house there is a mud room to the left a great dropping spot for flip flops, towels and beach bags. The full bathroom is conveniently located next to the kitchen. The fully equipped eat in kitchen is perfect for creating the a gourmet meal for the entire family. Behind the kitchen is the beautiful living room that exits out to the deck, there is plenty of seating and a fireplace for a game night or curling up with a book. Also downstairs is a kid’s playroom stocked with toys, games and books

Upstairs are the three bedrooms. The master bedroom to the right at the top of the stairs features a king size bed and oversize closet, this bedroom also has a fold up crib if needed . The middle bedroom features a Twin Trundle bed with a pullout twin bed perfect for kids or adults. Also in this bedroom is an adorable private built in bed for children up to the age of 6, it offers a light, and curtain that gives it a fort like feel, there is also a large closet. The last bedroom has twin beds and an oversize closet. The yard is spacious, and fun for the whole family with deck seating, Charcoal grill, outdoor shower and play ground area for the kids. The house is set back from the street, quiet and secluded. Weekend bookings available for off Season dates.
