The house is in Yarmouthport, MA (exit 8 off Route 6) and is located off of Rte 6A, close to the Dennis border on the bay side of the Cape. The bay beaches have warm water and great for kids. It is at the dead end of a cul-de-sac and the large, private back yard borders town owned forest land.

New hardwood floors in every room. It sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom with queen size bed, other bedrooms have two twin beds each.
