Fall 2008 rates will be 775.00 per week plus reservation/security deposit of $300.00 This deposit is also considered your security deposit and will be returned to you, after your departure, if all in the home is left as it was found (no large mess, no property damage and/or no missing items.

This home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We offer clean, safe, updated, low cost living!
Located minutes from the Sagamore bridge (off of Rt 130- across from the Shawme Crowell State Forest). This home is 1 hour from Boston, 1 hour from Provincetown, 1 hour from Providence and Newport RI. It is less than 5 minutes from Town Neck Beach and Sandwich center.
The home sleeps 5 comfortably with 2 doubles & 1 single. There is a fully furnished kitchen, all bed and bath linens, fans, washer/dryer on premises, and is cable/TV/Internet (ethernet) ready.
There is a deck with patio furniture and a grill, and the yard is large and well maintained.

Nearby Activities:Sandwich is known for it’s Historical charm and is the hub for much to see and do to include: the Heritage Museum, the Thornton Burgess Society, Sandwich Glass Museum, Dexter Grist Mill, Daniel Webster Inn, Sandwich Boardwalk, antique shops galore and wonderful clean beaches.

Stop and Shop, CVS Pharmacy, restaurants and gas stations are all within 5 minutes from the home.
Rental Terms:There will be a security deposit required at the time payment. This deposit will be returned to you if all in the home is left as it was found (no large mess, no property damage and/or no missing items). A contract will also need to be signed at the time of payment.
We accept personal or cashiers checks, or mastercard/visa via PayPal (for an additional charge for service fees).
Weeks will run from Friday to Friday. Check in time is 4:00pm, check out time is 11:00 am unless otherwise agreed. Weekend rentals are available.
