Rental Terms:On Season $2,200/wk, 50% of rental fee required at time of Booking + $250 security deposit. Balance of rental fee plus $125.00 cleaning service fee 30 days prior to arrival. Saturday 3PM arrival to Saturday 10AM departure weekly rentals.
Off season $275 p/n two night minimum - flexible check in/departure.
