Sunlight pours in through the many windows, and the new decor leaves you with the feeling you are vacationing in a tropical paradise. Our home provides an immaculate and comfortable resting spot for you and your family while enjoying all that Cape Cod has to offer. It is located on a quiet street, in a family friendly neighborhood. High-speed wireless Internet access at no additional fee. There are two large, sunny bedrooms. The master has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. There is also a full-size futon in the living room. The beautiful hardwood floors throughout the living area are accented by brightly painted walls.

Color T.V. with expanded basic digital cable, VCR, DVD, stereo system.
Enjoy barbecuing on the gas grill in the back yard with seating for 6 around the picnic table, or lounge on the patio furniture on the brand new sun deck.
Bedrooms are equipped with window air conditioning units for sleeping comfort. Luxurious 100% cotton bath towels and bed linens are provided

Also included are beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys, complete with a wagon for easy transport to and from the beach.
Nearby Activities:Walking distance to sandy sound-side beaches. Close to golf, bike path, kayaking on the Swan River, hiking, mini-golf, go-carts, trampolines, bumper boats, and batting cages. Only 20 minute drive to the Cape Cod National Seashore.
Close to some of the area’s most popular attractions - Sundae School Ice Cream Parlor, The Dog House Restaurant, Woolfie’s Bakery, and Clancy’s Restaurant, as well as shopping, galleries, theatre, and golf.
