Welcome to my Summer cottage, a 2 1/2 bedroom, one bath Cape ranch on a half-acre in Yarmouthport. Located north of 6A and less than a mile to Gray’s Beach and boardwalk, the home is in a convenient location allowing access to everything Cape Cod.
Amenities:Fully-furnished, linens and towels (bath and beach) provided. Large screened-in porch with new gas grill, crushed-stone patio, and spacious yard with flower gardens. Semi-stocked fridge, microwave, gas range and oven; large TV, DVD library, king-sized pull-out couch, dining room with seating for six, washer/dryer.
