Relax and enjoy your vacation in this newly built (2002) unique two story townhouse. Stroll 300 yards and enjoy one of Dennis’s finest beaches: Corporation Beach. Your kids will love the large yard and ball field across the street for outside activites. Main living area is on the 2nd floor - allowing you to enjoy the ocean view from the kitchen or as you relax on the deck.
House has two units. Rent one side or both. Adjoining doors can be opened for ease of access if you rent both.
Each side has 3 bedrooms (two rooms with queen side beds and one with twin beds) and two full bathrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped.
