Rental Terms:Weekly rental rate for July is $2400, reduced to $2000 per week for 2 or more weeks. Rent is normally due at signing of lease, along with a $500 security deposit. Check-in at 3 p.m.; check-out at 10 a.m. Non-smokers preferred. NO PETS.
