RENTAL UNIT LOCATION: This historic 2-bedroom unit is located in the East End Gallery District of Provincetown and only two houses from the bay beach. It is located on a private lane off of Cook Street, thus it is very quiet yet only a ten-minute stroll to the center of town. It is a few steps away from the Provincetown Art Association, Provincetown Theater, many of the art galleries, Angel Foods, The Mews Restaurant, etc.
RENTAL UNIT ENTRANCE AND YARD: Access to the unit is under the rose filled arbor and up the garden path to a private front deck. This front porch overlooks the very well maintained gardens and grassy yard. The yard is anchored by a huge Catalpa tree, which provides welcomed shade on those hot summer days.
RENTAL UNIT AMENITIES: The unit itself is very eclectic and charming with wide plank floors, original baseboard moldings and contemporary furnishing. It has many windows making it an airy delight. Each bedroom has a queen size bed furnished with linens and air conditioning for your comfort. There is a full bath (towels provided) and an outdoor shower. The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and a gas BBQ just outside the back door. Off the kitchen there is sunny reading area that tends to be a favorite space for all who visit. Other amenities include: W/D, HDTV, DVD, wireless Internet access, local telephone and one parking space. THE UNIT IS SMOKE FREE AND THERE ARE NO PETS ALLOWED.
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS: The unit sleeps maximum of four people.
