Gas-grill outside, deck with picnic tables for 8. All the dishes and glassware that could be needed, including plastic picnic sets for outside dining.
Nearby Activities:Swimming at the private association beach, boat/kayak hire from the local boatyard, cycling, horse riding, short drive to ferries for Martha’s Vineyard & Nantucket, baseball, ice skating, cinema.
Rental Terms:Rental contract required between renter and owner, 1 week minimum stay, no pets, no smoking, no tents or trailers, maximum of 2 cars in garage, full rental amount plus security deposit must be paid before rental term begins. Security deposit to be returned witihin 30 days of end of rental term. No cancellations once contract signed unless alternate renter can be found.
