Classic contemporary cottage in quiet mid-Cape neighborhood, very clean, and affordable. 1st floor has queen master bedroom, twin beds in large 2nd, full bath, well-stocked kitchen w/new refrig. Upstairs family/TV room has sleeping alcove for 2 more (twin beds or put ‘em together for 1 king set). 10 minute walk to sugary sands of Parker’s River and Skipper’s Restaurant or 10 minute drive to Seafood Sammy’s, Captain Parker’s Pub. Groceries, Laundromat, Spirits - 10 minutes round trip!

Amenities:

Please bring sheets, towels, papergoods, and the Kingsford. Quilts, blankets, and pillows are provided for each bed. Plenty of pots, plates, glass & silverware - dishwasher, too. Outdoor foot-shower to rinse after a day at the beach. Weber charcoal grill, great outdoor dining in shady front yard. Parking. Wi-Fi throughout and Cable TV.

Cape Cod Summer Baseball Team, Children’s Aquarium/Zoo, Great Island Bakery (the best!), Deep Sea Fishing Charters, Golf (mini and regulation). Homemade Ice Cream shop, Christmas Tree Shops, GOOD restaurants too many to mention….neighboring historic Hyannis offers ferry service to the Islands.
