QUIET AND PEACEFUL PLACE. YOU SIP YOUR MORNING COFFEE LOOKING ON ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL POND. MILES OF UNTOUCHED FORESTS, DEERS, COLORFUL BIRDS. YOU WILL HAVE THIS MEMORY FOREVER.
IN SUMMER YOU CAN SWIM, KAYAK OR FISH. THE POND IS VERY CLEAN AND HEALTHY: IT IS A SOURCE OF DRINKING WATER. NO MOTORBOATS ARE PERMITTED IN OUR POND. SECOND PART OF THE DAY YOU CAN GO TO ONE OF SCENIC OCEAN BEACHES NEARBY. PARKING IS FREE AFTER 4 PM AND MUCH LESS PEOPLE IN THE AFTERNOON.

Amenities:

Our house is large, it has 3 bedrooms, family room, living room, kitchen and dining room. Accommodations with full amenities, including garage, 4 parking places, 2 bathrooms. We provide 1 queen-size, 2 double-size beds, 2 sofas, folding futon, folding bed, inflatable queen-size bed. There are washer and dryer in the basement. Kitchen has new electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, big new “Whirlpool gold” refrigerator, toaster, mixer, vacuum cleaners etc.
Large deck and dining room have beautiful pond view. Propane barbecue and charcoal grills, 2 bicycles, small trampoline and more.

Area Description

SCENIC OCEAN BEACHES ARE VERY CLOSE, LESS THAN 1.5 MILES AWAY. THERE ARE MILES OF BICYCLING TRAILS, BIRDWATCHING, WHALE WATCH CRUISES, RACE POINT SUNSETS AND MUCH MORE.

Stores and restaurants less than 2 miles away: Stop & Shop, Shaws, CVS, Ocean State Job Lot, Wal-Mart, many nice small stores. There are good sea food restaurants and the great ice cream place in the vicinity. The world known Woods hole museum and Old Silver beach are close too.
