We are located on a quiet street with a large, fenced-in backyard, patio, gas grill, picnic table and outdoor shower. There is plenty of room for BBQ’s and games after a fun day at the beach!

Fall 2010 Sep 4, 2010 - Jan 1, 2011 $1,400
Rental rates are from Saturday to Saturday during the summer season. Feel free to inquire about off-season weekend/daily rates.
Check in time is 3pm. Departure Time is 10am.
*A deposit of 1/2 the rental rate is due to reserve week. Remaining rental amount plus $500 security deposit is due 30 days prior to rental week. Security deposit will be returned within 7 days after departure, pending inspection. We accept payments by check through regular mail.
Availability:Available the first three weeks in July, the last week in August, as well as off-season in the Fall of 2010.
