Bay and Beach consists of four (4) large cottages, each with its own view and character. The Sand Bar; Sea Song and Dunes Edge cottages has three bedrooms each and the Harbor Lights cottage has two bedrooms.

Bay and Beach Cottages is centrally located in the heart of beautiful Mayo Beach at the Harbor in Wellfleet, Massachusetts. A convenient place for a fun and tranquil vacation. Swimming on the beach is just steps away. It is also a short walk to most attractions in Wellfleet such as restaurants, book stores, galleries, the skateboard park, kids field play and tennis courts. In a short drive you can reach your destination, whether to the ponds, ocean, whale watching, fishing, swimming lessons, bike trails, canoe and kayak trips, golf, miniature golf, flea market, or the drive in theater and movies.

Rental Terms:

A 50% deposit is required in each reservation. Balance is due two weeks prior to
arrival. A refundable security deposit of $100.00 is required in each cottage rental.

Reservations are considered as commitments for the full period requested. Deposits are security against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes. In the event of cancellation of any cottage reservation, the deposit will be refunded, less a service charge of $50.00, only when the cottage has been re-rented for the same time period and the next renter’s deposit is received.
